By utilizing a physical impression of your ear canal, we hand-craft a medical-grade acrylic shell that locks into place with a vacuum-like seal. This is not just about comfort—it is about physics. The perfect seal eliminates sound leakage, ensuring that 100% of the bass energy and micro-details generated by our drivers reach your eardrum.

The Customization Journey (Order Procedure)
Building a CIEM is a collaboration between you and our lab. Please follow these three critical steps:
Step 1: Design & Configuration
Use the dropdown menus above to select your Base Model, Faceplate Art, and Shell Color. Add the specific "Custom IEM Builder" product to your cart and complete the payment. You will receive an Order Confirmation Email with your unique Order ID.
Step 2: The Audiologist Visit (Ear Impressions)
Visit a certified local audiologist to have your ear impressions taken.
- Requirement: Request a "full shell" impression extending to the second bend of the ear canal.
- Material: High-viscosity silicone is preferred.
- Note: Bite blocks (1-2mm) are recommended to ensure a secure fit while singing or speaking.
Step 3: Ship to Our Hong Kong Lab
Pack your impressions securely in a hard box to prevent crushing. Ship them via a traceable service (DHL/FedEx/SF Express) to:

Fabrication & Lead Time
Once your impressions arrive, our master technicians scan, trim, and pour your shells by hand. This process typically takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the artwork and current lab capacity. Quality takes time.

第二步：製作耳印 (Ear Impressions)
請前往當地的認證聽力學家（Audiologist）或助聽器中心製作耳印。
- 要求： 請製作延伸至第二彎道（Second Bend）的完整耳印。
- 材料： 建議使用高粘度矽膠。
- 注意： 建議在咬合 1-2mm 咬合塊的情況下取模，以確保佩戴穩固。
第三步：寄送至HK Aroma Office
請將您的耳印放入堅固的盒子中，防止運輸途中受壓變形。通過可追蹤的快遞服務（順豐/DHL/FedEx）寄送至：
